Need a Ph.D. in New Testament, Hermeneutics or Biblical Theology?

As a New Testament professor at Bethel university in St. Paul, Minnesota (www.bethel.edu), I further specialize in hermeneutics and biblical theology.

Because of my extensive teaching and supervisory experience in a British university setting (www.glos.ac.uk also www.tyndale.cam.ac.uk), I have established a relationship with the London School of Theology (www.lst.ac.uk), which enables me to offer British Ph.D. supervision to US-based students.

This is available in the following academic areas:
  • New Testament
  • Hermeneutics
  • Biblical Theology
My research students are registered in London, but they also have student privileges at Bethel University in St. Paul, MN, including extensive library privileges, such as book mailings. The program is by dissertation only ('original research' contribution required) and typically takes three years to complete.

At present, the inclusive cost is approx. $15,000 per annum. Residence in the US can be maintained. Only one trip to London (UK) is required at the end of the student's research time.
